Location was ideal as it was within walking distance of all the major tourist sites and shopping areas, making it very easy to explore Gelnhausen. The staff members were also very pleasant and helpful with great service. The rooms had a modern feel to them while still retaining some historic charm, making for a nice atmosphere.

The hotel lacked air conditioning which made the environment uncomfortably hot. the shower stall was quite small, which could be inconvenient for guests who require more space.

My romantic escape to this charming hotel was amazing! The historic elements of the building were well maintained and added to its charm. The staff were very pleasant and offered us excellent service, making us feel at home. Plus, the hotel's location within walking distance to the museums and shopping center added even more convenience to our stay.

The only downside we found during our stay was the lack of air conditioning. It was quite hot during our visit, and we struggled to find a way to cool down the room. We ended up having to open the windows, but with that came the noise from the busy street below. However, this minor issue didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
